In order to enhance students' global perspectives and foster their practical communication skills in a multicultural setting, three universities affiliated with Neusoft Education collaborate on organizing practical semester abroad programs for students. The primary objective is to establish a platform for intercultural exchanges, offering students an opportunity to engage in short-term study abroad experiences. Through short-term study abroad experiences, students can learn and appreciate the diverse understanding and practice of this professional knowledge in different cultural backgrounds.
Summer paid internship program in the United States
The Summer Work & Travel (SWT) paid internship program in the United States is a summer education and cultural exchange program developed by the U.S. government for college students around the world. The objective of this project is to facilitate the expansion of young college students' horizons, enhance their cross-cultural communication skills, and foster their capacity for independent survival abroad. The students can fully immerse themselves in local life and gain a comprehensive understanding of advanced management methods employed by American companies through extensive observation and interaction. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to enhance their English speaking skills while acquiring valuable overseas work experience, as well as establish connections with individuals from diverse countries.
The professional internship/training project in Japan aims to foster talents for China's modernization drive and promote friendly exchanges between the educational communities of China and Japan. By cooperating with Japanese educational and cultural exchange institutions designated by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the State Council of Japan, we have specifically designed professional internship/training programs for Chinese applicants to Japan, enabling exceptional young individuals from China to engage in professional internship training at Japanese companies, immerse themselves in the Japanese way of life, and promote Chinese culture among the Japanese people.
