Training The Trainer to Train
TTT (Training The Trainer to Train) is a classic course required for the development of trainers. The course will provide corporate trainers with comprehensive training from ideas to skills.
Training content
The first stage: Superb course design and development
Change the situation that the internal trainer knows the reason of the training, and solve the problem of low training efficiency

The third stage: lecture evaluation, presentation evaluation
Actual combat exercise: set the actual combat scene on the spot, set the exercise form according to the number of students, can be three-three pair training, group training, large group training.
Exercise comments: according to the exercise form, comments are made in a variety of ways: student self-review, student cross-review, lecturer summary comments, and the lecturer gives improvement suggestions according to the performance of students.
Course evaluators: each participant takes 10 minutes, including 5 minutes to talk about the course, and show the judges the development results from the course title, target participants, development background, teaching objectives, course structure, course outline, PPT browsing and other aspects; 5 minutes will be devoted to the interpretation of complete clips from the course. The judges score the quality of the course and the teacher's presentation together according to the grading criteria.
